Requirements
- 5+ years building production web applications
- 3+ years focused on React
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude
- Expert-level expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
- Strong experience with component-driven development and design systems
- Proficiency with CSS frameworks, specifically Tailwind CSS
- Experience with modern build tools like Vite or esbuild
- Understanding of API integration patterns (REST, OpenAPI)
- Ability to balance rapid iteration with maintainable, well-tested code
Responsibilities
- Build production-grade React applications with TypeScript
- Develop and maintain a shared component library
- Build rich interfaces for structured engineering data including requirements, project plans, dependency graphs, and task boards
- Build interfaces for AI agent interactions including streaming chat, alerts, and AI-generated deliverables
- Implement portfolio-level dashboards for project health, cost, and risk monitoring
- Write well-tested code using unit and end-to-end testing frameworks
- Collaborate with backend engineers on API integration and client SDK usage
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices
