Requirements
- Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, life science, or equivalent military experience.
- 1+ years of experience in problem-solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to commute onsite to customer facilities within the Atlanta metropolitan area.
- Ability to travel overnight 25% - 60% of the time.
- Physical ability to occasionally lift, lower, and move up to 50 lbs.
- Prior laboratory or field service experience is a plus.
- Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Service Beckman Coulter products directly at customer facilities.
- Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support commercial initiatives through effective service delivery.
- Drive prompt issue resolution with an emphasis on first-time fixes.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades.
- Act as a customer advocate and company steward.
