Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Delivery Coach.
- English proficiency: B2/C1 (written and spoken).
- Spanish proficiency: C1/C2 (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and their pragmatic application.
- Proven track record in driving organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience using delivery data and flow metrics for continuous improvement.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery.
- Strong systems thinking and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities
- Coach teams to improve collaboration, delivery effectiveness, and value creation.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives, and planning sessions.
- Support strategic initiatives, governance improvements, and transformation programs.
- Partner with stakeholders to align priorities across teams and business units.
- Mentor Scrum Masters, Team Leads, and other Agile Coaches.
- Identify systemic impediments using delivery metrics and flow data.
- Adopt AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
