Requirements
- Strong experience with Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets (advanced formulas, queries, pivots) and AppScript
- Proficiency in building dashboards in Looker Studio
- Experience with automation platforms (Zapier or equivalents)
- Ability to independently translate business needs into working data/dashboards/automations
- Experience integrating SaaS tools (HubSpot, Atlassian, Slack, etc.)
- Strong sense of data privacy, security, and compliance
- Excellent organisational skills and reliability in remote/async collaboration
- Very good English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Design and build operational dashboards (Looker Studio / G-Suite ecosystem)
- Structure data sources for reporting (Sheets models, imports, transformations)
- Create lightweight automations using AppScript, Google Workspace integrations, Zapier, and similar tools
- Support integrations between tools (HubSpot, Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace; nice to have: Productive)
- Prepare clear documentation to hand over solutions to internal teams
- Ensure high standards of data security, access control, and compliance
- Provide technical consultation on best practices in data architecture and BI tooling
