Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABMS).
- If board eligible, must have a plan in place to sit for boards.
- MD or DO diploma.
- Active and unencumbered medical license.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Florida.
- Eligibility and ability to obtain a DEA license in Florida.
- Competency in all aspects of diagnostic radiology.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity.
- Must reside in the United States or U.S. Territories.
Responsibilities
- Interpret general radiology studies, including MR, CT, ultrasound, radiographs, and occasional nuclear medicine.
- Manage a workload where approximately 80% of reads consist of x-rays and CTs.
- Maintain a 7 days on, 14 days off clinical schedule.
- Collaborate with the physician-owned team using internal instant messaging and committees.
- Contribute to an environment that implements bottom-up management suggestions.
