- Fluent in English and at least one additional language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using one or more Remote Online Notarization platforms.
- Reliable computer, webcam, microphone, and high-speed internet connection.
- Professional home office or private workspace suitable for confidential client sessions.
Responsibilities
- Perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON) in accordance with the laws and regulations of your commissioning state.
- Verify signer identity using approved identity proofing and credential analysis procedures.
- Conduct notarization sessions professionally, accurately, and impartially.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state notarial laws and maintain required records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the notarization process.
- Coordinate with CCI Group's scheduling team to fulfill client requests.
- Work with multilingual clients and, when permitted by state law, collaborate with interpreters during notarization sessions.
