- Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with pregnant and/or postpartum and/or peri/menopause patients is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Licensed mental health provider with an active license in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
- Must be able to practice independently without supervision.
- Proficiency with tele-therapy platforms and virtual care delivery.
- Formal perinatal/peri/menopause mental health training preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with pregnant, postpartum, or peri/menopause patients strongly preferred.
- Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) recommended.
- Proof of certification in the treatment of the Peri/Menopause population recommended.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and innovative mental health solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual tele-therapy to patients requesting regular sessions using FamilyWell’s virtual platform.
- Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes for referred FamilyWell program patients, gathering comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning.
- Document patient progress comprehensively, sharing treatment recommendations with medical providers, psychiatric consultants, and other treating professionals as needed.
- Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing more intensive or specialized mental health care, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
- Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session, offering patients actionable insights and follow-up steps.
