Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within government contracting, healthcare, or IT services
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearance or public trust designation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to accept constructive feedback and make necessary changes for improvement
- Commitment to ongoing education and training in industry standards and technology advancements
- Flexibility to adjust to the needs of the client and changes in the program
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and deliverable timelines across assigned contracts
- Maintain and update project trackers, status reports, and deliverable logs
- Support preparation of Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) documentation and other compliance reporting
- Assist with proposal development activities, including gathering inputs, formatting volumes, and tracking submission deadlines
- Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and government points of contact
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and follow-ups
- Track contract modifications, deliverable due dates, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance
- Assist with onboarding of new project staff and maintain project documentation repositories
- Support quality assurance reviews of deliverables prior to client submission
