- Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing.
- 2+ years of family law experience.
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania family law and court procedures.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently in a remote environment.
- Strong client-service mindset and sound professional judgment.
- Estate planning experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handle family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, and related domestic relations issues.
- Advise clients regarding legal options, strategy, and next steps throughout their matters.
- Draft, review, and prepare pleadings, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and other family law proceedings as appropriate.
- Assist with estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and related planning documents.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide responsive, practical legal guidance.
- Manage assigned matters efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail and professional judgment.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to deliver high-quality client service.
- Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, and documentation.
