  • Active Pennsylvania bar license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of family law experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania family law and court procedures.
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage matters independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong client-service mindset and sound professional judgment.
  • Estate planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Handle family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, and related domestic relations issues.
  • Advise clients regarding legal options, strategy, and next steps throughout their matters.
  • Draft, review, and prepare pleadings, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and other family law proceedings as appropriate.
  • Assist with estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and related planning documents.
  • Communicate directly with clients and provide responsive, practical legal guidance.
  • Manage assigned matters efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail and professional judgment.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and team members to deliver high-quality client service.
  • Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, and documentation.
