Requirements
- Senior(+) level experience as a Brand Designer or Visual Designer.
- Experience working within developer tools, AI, or infrastructure-related brands.
- Deep understanding of designing interactive software on the web.
- Ability to work iteratively with a ship-and-iterate mentality.
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and manage time with high autonomy.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Technical fluency in web design; ability to author front-end code is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction and design to ship brand assets including brand identity, .com, and product launches.
- Collaborate with UI engineers, animators, and product designers to create an elevated brand identity.
- Develop innovative approaches to brand design and create scalable tools to increase high-quality brand output.
- Partner with UI engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of Figma designs.
- Expand and support the Clerk visual language, asset library, brand design system, and design processes.
