Requirements
- 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Comfortable using SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Experience using Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence decisions at the leadership level.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and understand the decisions they inform.
- Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses.
- Design experiments and surface data insights.
- Bring recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Drive outcomes by telling stakeholders what is happening, why, and what next steps are.
