Requirements
- At least 3+ years’ experience in video editing, post-production, media production, real estate content, property marketing, or a similar creative production role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing, ideally featuring real estate, property, architectural, lifestyle, luxury, or premium brand content.
- Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, including editing, colour correction, colour grading, audio mixing, audio mastering, and professional finishing workflows.
- Strong understanding of RAW and Rec.709 footage, colour accuracy, visual consistency, and professional post-production standards.
- Experience with real estate photo editing, photo colour grading, and HDR stacking is highly regarded.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and VFX workflows is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, Affinity Photo, Blender, Nuke, or After Effects is advantageous.
- Strong written communication, organisational, and independent working skills.
- Proficiency in Windows 11 and general IT workflows.
- Ability to understand briefs, manage revisions, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent creative quality.
Responsibilities
- Edit real estate and property video content to produce polished, contemporary, and market-ready visual assets for Australian and international markets.
- Use DaVinci Resolve for end-to-end post-production, including video editing, colour correction, colour grading, audio mixing, audio mastering, and final exports.
- Work with RAW and Rec.709 footage, maintaining colour accuracy, visual consistency, and professional finishing standards.
- Review footage, project briefs, brand references, and creative direction to ensure final content aligns with client expectations and premium property marketing standards.
- Support real estate photo editing, photo colour grading, and HDR stacking where required.
- Create and apply motion graphics, basic animation, and visual effects to enhance video content where appropriate.
- Manage post-production workflows, including file organisation, project timelines, revisions, exports, and version control.
