Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as an executive leader operating through significant company growth phases.
- Deep background in SaaS, network, or healthcare-technology operational roles.
- Proven experience owning customer delivery, support, or client operations at scale.
- Ability to deploy AI and automation as a core operating model to achieve sublinear headcount growth.
- Strong track record of improving operational metrics such as NPS, on-time delivery, and churn reduction.
- Expertise in building and maintaining company-wide operating cadences and execution rhythms.
- High-EQ leadership style capable of orchestrating complex cross-functional outcomes.
- Builder's mindset with a focus on systems design before increasing headcount.
- Experience managing senior operations leaders and the frontline operations workforce.
- Strategic foresight to anticipate capacity constraints and bottlenecks before they impact performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and run the company's execution rhythm including operating reviews and cross-functional planning.
- Drive execution against the company scorecard and KPIs to ensure team alignment.
- Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives, break ties, and clear blockers to ensure smooth execution.
- Translate business strategy into annual and quarterly operating plans in partnership with the executive team.
- Implement AI and automation across operating functions to improve efficiency and capacity.
- Own end-to-end customer implementations for suppliers, health systems, and payors.
- Oversee service quality and customer support, focusing on increasing retention and reducing churn.
- Build operational infrastructure and lead the operations team through a period of rapid scaling.
- Provide interim leadership for the People function and coach the operations leadership bench.
