Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Golang and TypeScript.
- Proven track record of solving complex engineering and architectural problems.
- Platform engineering mindset with experience building tools, systems, services, or infrastructure.
- Experience working in an AI-native development environment.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Claude, Cursor).
- Experience building AI-native or agentic systems.
- Experience working with Azure and/or AWS.
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be currently based in Portugal or Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems and engineering platforms.
- Solve complex engineering and architectural problems beyond simply delivering product features.
- Develop production-grade solutions using Go and TypeScript.
- Build internal tools, platforms, services, APIs, and infrastructure used by other engineers.
- Contribute to the development of AI-native and agentic systems and/or the infrastructure that supports them.
- Use AI-powered development tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools as part of your everyday engineering workflow.
- Explore and adopt new AI tools and techniques to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and technical stakeholders to design robust, scalable solutions.
