Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience managing Salesforce architecture/product initiatives and digital transformation
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale Salesforce projects
- Strong experience leading complex IT-business projects across multiple locations
- Proven experience managing human and financial resources
- Strong executive stakeholder management experience
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with Change Management
- Experience managing external vendors and delivery partners
- Understanding of DevOps and Release Management best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Project Management certification such as PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum
- Excellent spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale Salesforce implementation and digital transformation projects
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across planning, delivery, tracking, and reporting
- Own project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures, status reports, and PMO documentation
- Engage and manage senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Coordinate activities across business, technology, and operational teams
- Lead project teams and manage performance, responsibilities, and deliverables
- Manage external vendors, contracts, deliverables, and performance
- Coordinate change-management activities across multiple workstreams
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and project communications
