Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Proven experience owning a product end-to-end, including discovery, data analysis, and user/partner engagement.
- Fluent in English and Polish at a professional level.
- Based in Poland with the ability to participate in afternoon/evening meetings.
- Strong ability to influence without formal authority.
- Basic understanding of APIs and data mapping.
- Comfortable working in an environment without rigid playbooks.
- Experience in scale-up environments preferred.
- Background in B2B marketplaces or the insurance industry preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for carrier discovery and access.
- Manage the end-to-end Carrier Store marketplace and 150+ carrier process workflows.
- Drive discovery by analyzing data and gathering feedback directly from agents and carrier partners.
- Coordinate access requirements and go-to-market timing with carrier partners and internal US-based business teams.
- Influence engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to align on product goals.
- Define and track key performance indicators such as request-to-access time and conversion rates.
