Requirements
- Proven experience with an AI-driven video editing pipeline (e.g., Claude Code, AI agent/editing platforms).
- Expertise in AI avatar and voice production tools (e.g., HeyGen, ElevenLabs).
- Experience with generative AI video tools (e.g., Seedance, Veo, Kling).
- Proficiency in short-form direct response ad craft, including hooks, pacing, and retention.
- Ability to build, own, and troubleshoot an automated editing pipeline.
- Experience editing for Meta, Instagram, and YouTube platforms.
- Active habit of tracking and testing new AI editing tools.
- Ability to work with 3+ hours of daily overlap with Central European Time.
Responsibilities
- Edit high-volume Meta ads, including daily variations and new concepts.
- Produce short-form Instagram content and long-form YouTube videos using an AI-driven pipeline.
- Develop and own an AI-based system for transcription, clip selection, cropping, and assembly.
- Transform client testimonials into logical before-after video ads.
- Systemize testimonial clips for team-wide use.
- Train existing editors on the established AI-driven workflow.
