- AI fluency with the ability to leverage tools for research, coding, and testing.
- Sound judgment to validate AI-generated outputs and ensure product reliability.
Responsibilities
- Craft new features for our customers within a squad team, owning quality from design to production.
- Lead design discussions and contribute to guild-wide improvements.
- Raise the bar for developer experience across your peers.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Mobile stakeholders.
- Utilize AI tools to explore the codebase, draft technical designs, prototype solutions, and accelerate delivery.
