- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for research, writing, coding, and testing.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain thoughts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to exercise critical judgment when validating AI-generated outputs.
Responsibilities
- Craft new features for customers within a squad team, owning quality from design to production.
- Grow in technical leadership by leading design discussions and contributing to guild-wide improvements.
- Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Backend/Mobile teams.
- Work AI-first by using AI to explore codebases, draft designs, and accelerate delivery.
- Improve the team’s tools and processes to enhance developer experience.
