Job Details

Proven experience editing video advertisements or similar short-form video content.
Working capability with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Higgsfield.
Hands-on experience with AI image-generation, AI video-generation, and AI voice/audio tools.
Strong creative and technical judgment across hooks, pacing, scene selection, captioning, transitions, and sound design.
Ability to interpret a script, reference video, and Loom walkthrough into a finished video without scene-by-scene instruction.
Strong attention to detail and a personal quality-control process before submitting work.
Nice to have: Experience producing AI-presenter videos, cinematic formats, animation, or motion graphics.
Nice to have: Experience working within a pod or team structure.
Nice to have: Proven track record of quickly learning new formats, tools, and production methods.

Produce video creative across formats including short-form advertisements, educational videos, AI-presenter content, cinematic formats, and motion graphics.
Utilize AI tools for character generation, scenes, and visual effects to create convincing, polished video content.
Interpret scripts, reference materials, and creative direction independently to produce high-quality final assets.
Manage assigned projects through required revision rounds until final delivery, maintaining responsibility for quality and turnaround standards.
Communicate effectively with Creative Strategists and managers regarding project status, technical issues, or missing requirements.
Perform rigorous quality control, ensuring accuracy in synchronization, pacing, captioning, and brand consistency.
Participate in team training and continuously update production workflows with new tools and best practices.
