Requirements
- Experience as a CFO within a company generating approximately $50M–$200M in revenue.
- Background in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industries.
- Hands-on experience leading finance through significant corporate transactions, particularly M&A.
- Proven success building financial functions, including monthly closes, internal controls, and FP&A.
- Experience integrating financial operations of acquired companies.
- Significant experience working directly with CEOs and boards in a scale-up environment.
- Background in private equity- or venture-backed organizations.
- Deep understanding of SaaS financial models, metrics, and capital allocation.
- Experience with channel- or MSP-led distributed SaaS revenue models.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute financial strategy in partnership with the CEO and board.
- Serve as the primary financial voice to the board and executive team, owning reporting and SaaS metrics like ARR and CAC.
- Advise executive leaders on pricing, unit economics, capital allocation, and investments.
- Own finance and accounting end-to-end, including FP&A, treasury, internal controls, and forecasting.
- Lead financial workstreams for M&A integration, financing activities, and strategic transactions.
- Leverage AI and automation to scale financial operations and reporting.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance organization.
- Partner with legal and leadership on compliance, risk management, and contractual matters.
