- Experience building and operating a done-for-you marketing services offering or agency-style practice.
- Deep understanding of SMB and local business marketing evaluation and purchasing.
- Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, SEO, and AEO/AI-search visibility.
- Working knowledge of social media, content, reputation management, and direct marketing.
- Practical experience designing or implementing AI-enabled workflows to improve delivery.
- Commercial experience owning pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Ability to personally execute and manage client accounts during early stages.
- Strong commitment to operational consistency and measurable service quality.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure from scratch.
- Background in automotive repair, franchises, or multi-location businesses is preferred.
- Experience launching services within a technology company is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define the scope, service tiers, deliverables, pricing, packaging, and positioning for the managed services offering.
- Serve as the marketing strategist and lead for initial clients, developing roadmaps and ensuring ROI.
- Direct integrated programs across paid search, paid social, SEO, AEO/AI-search visibility, and reputation management.
- Establish operating standards and quality benchmarks to ensure consistent client outcomes as the service scales.
- Design AI-assisted and automated workflows to increase delivery efficiency.
- Specify toolsets, data infrastructure, and reporting capabilities in partnership with product and tech teams.
- Drive commercial performance, including go-to-market strategy and revenue growth.
- Recruit and lead delivery teams, establishing playbooks and accountability systems.
