Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud / Platform Engineering roles.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure in production environments.
- Proven experience designing and implementing IaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar and CI/CD practices.
- Solid knowledge of networking, security, and governance models in cloud environments.
- Ability to engage with clients, design technical proposals, and manage technical presales.
- Experience monitoring and operating high-traffic, production web platforms.
- Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM-based platforms in production environments.
- Comfortable working with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
Responsibilities
- Design and lead cloud architectures on Azure, covering networking, security, governance, IaaS, PaaS, and serverless solutions.
- Ensure technical quality of proposals, RFP responses, and solution definitions.
- Own the shared knowledge strategy of the Chapters, ensuring best practices and documentation.
- Lead the mentoring framework within the Chapter to guide practitioners.
- Own the infrastructure of AI-powered platforms, including RAG systems, document processing, and LLM integrations.
- Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines following DevSecOps best practices.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) with a focus on reusability and maintainability.
- Design and operate production-grade environments for high availability, observability, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with AI and software teams to productionize ML/LLM solutions.
