Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in OT cybersecurity (vs IT cybersecurity).
- Experience in the energy sector, specifically industrial protection, control, automation, transmission, or distribution.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity products, solutions, and services.
- Demonstrated experience with Linux and Microsoft Windows (account management, system hardening, patch management).
- Familiarity with LDAP, RADIUS, TLS, SSH, SFTP, RSA, HTTPS.
- Knowledge of NERC-CIP, NIST, IEC62443, and IEC62351 standards.
- Experience with communication protocols like IEC61850, DNP, and IEC60870-5-104.
- Experience with threat modeling techniques and tools.
- Ability to travel within Europe (20% - 50%).
Responsibilities
- Own the cybersecurity expertise for Grid Automation within a given territory or region.
- Assist Sales Operations teams in responding to demo requests, RFPs, and bid/tender requests.
- Engage with customers to identify cybersecurity needs and translate them into sales opportunities.
- Present Grid Automation cybersecurity offerings to customers at events and trade shows.
- Design sophisticated cybersecurity solutions for customer environments.
- Provide hands-on support at customer sites for design, configuration, and installation.
- Develop, coach, and mentor regional cybersecurity delivery teams.
- Deliver training on cybersecurity topics to regional staff.
