Requirements
- 5-10 years of Data Governance project experience.
- Proven experience in a lead role driving data governance at client sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform Gap Analysis against industry standards and frameworks.
- Develop implementation plans and high-level approaches for change management and training.
- Define criteria for authoritative data domains and maintain data domain inventories.
- Design data governance organization charts, operating structures, roles, and responsibilities, including RACI matrix.
- Establish process design artifacts, procedure guides, and data review and approval processes.
- Develop data management policies, standards, and processes for maintaining standard data models, definitions, and taxonomies.
- Manage metadata repositories and identify data consumers for data elements.
- Review current security practices to protect sensitive information.
