Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business function areas to define system requirements and recommend business solutions.
- Develop technical specifications and evaluate system capabilities for business impact.
- Design, develop, and modify programs, objects, and processes for projects of varying complexity.
- Implement new system changes and communicate requirements and timelines.
- Provide ongoing system and programming support and maintain knowledge of relevant applications.
- Perform functionality tests, verify results, and create test plans for new and updated applications.
- Organize and track project progress, resolve delays, and provide status reports to management.
- Adhere to established development methodologies and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
