Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience supporting clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Proficiency with Adobe PDF/Acrobat tools.
- Comfortable handling digital files and formats including JPEG, JPG, PNG, and PDF.
- Hands-on experience using Canva.
- Basic understanding of graphic design concepts, image quality, dimensions, and print-ready files.
- Familiarity with common printed marketing products.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Consistent availability to work 30 hours per week during EST business hours from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with customers through email, online chat, and phone.
- Answer inquiries regarding products, pricing, artwork requirements, order status, and shipping.
- Review customer-supplied artwork to identify common issues before production.
- Help customers understand basic print specifications, file requirements, image quality, and dimensions.
- Coordinate with internal production and design teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers when additional information, artwork, or approval is required.
