Requirements
- Highly proficient in data cleaning and preparation across a variety of tools and techniques.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and data extrapolation.
- Familiarity with data modeling and data warehouses.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to approach problems logically and communicate solutions clearly.
- Resourceful and curious with the ability to learn on the fly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Self-starter and quick learner.
- Experience creating unbiased surveys is an asset.
- Semiconductor materials or semiconductor manufacturing knowledge is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to track evolving prices and emerging trends across materials used in semiconductor device production.
- Implement data standards and use various tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and consistency across reports.
- Identify and report on data discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement remediation and prevention measures.
- Document data and analyses to support easy knowledge transfer.
- Assist with designing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve analytics tools, best practices, and data hygiene.
- Share findings and best practices with the team.
