Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of implementation experience with Talent Acquisition & Talent Management modules (Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Journeys/Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, and Succession Planning).
- Deep knowledge of HR, recruiting, and talent management processes.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud security, approval workflows, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience executing implementation strategies, capturing customer/systems requirements, and prototyping.
- Demonstrated ability to document requirements, create functional design strategies, and facilitate testing for technical integration.
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States for client on-site needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management business processes.
- Perform hands-on configuration of functional setups across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management modules.
- Research, design, and execute the Oracle application through testing and implementation phases.
- Facilitate client-facing communications, including articulation of business strategy and complex requirements.
- Lead business process prototype workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions.
- Ensure successful testing of developed solutions, including User Acceptance Testing.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop work plans aligned with implementation methodology.
