Requirements
- Proven experience in onboarding, human resources, recruitment coordination, or a related administrative role.
- Experience managing employment documentation, background checks, verifications, and other onboarding requirements.
- Familiarity with employment compliance requirements and applicable Federal and State regulations.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and other employee management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and employee records.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology tools.
- Reliable computer, noise-cancelling headset, second monitor, stable internet connection, and a backup internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation, verifications, background checks, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Track onboarding progress and proactively follow up with candidates to obtain outstanding documents and requirements.
- Create, maintain, and update applicant and employee records in the ATS and other relevant systems.
- Coordinate the collection and exchange of required employment documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable Federal and State regulations.
- Identify and escalate onboarding delays, compliance concerns, missing documentation, or other issues that may impact start dates.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records and protected information.
- Communicate with managers and external HR partners regarding employee documentation, disciplinary matters, and termination processes as directed.
