Requirements
- To be based in Argentina.
- 8+ years of professional experience in project or program management, preferably within technology or enterprise environments.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reports.
- Strong risk management and mitigation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work with senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business, technology, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution.
- Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, consistent, and proactive communication.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level reporting as required.
- Manage scope changes and facilitate change management processes when project priorities evolve.
- Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements.
