Requirements

Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) OR psychiatrist (MD/DO) in good standing
Active, unencumbered Florida license
Active DEA registration
For PMHNPs: a collaborating physician in place, or willingness to establish one
Experienced with, and energized by, caring for older adults
Comfortable practicing via two-way live video telehealth
Mission-driven and collaborative approach

Responsibilities

Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for older adults
Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions common in seniors, with medication management within your scope of practice
Provide thoughtful, relationship-centered care
Complete clinical documentation in our platform
Collaborate with our broader care team to support the whole person
Surface meaningful escalations to patients' primary care providers
Help shape the clinical model, protocols, and patient experience
