Requirements

Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals and families through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options and policy features.
- Provide needs-based recommendations and guide clients through the application and enrollment process.
- Answer coverage questions clearly and professionally.
- Assist clients with policy service requests, such as beneficiary updates and coverage reviews.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through follow-up communication and support.
