Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone
- Listen to clients and identify individual and family protection needs
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
- Provide personalized, needs-based coverage recommendations
- Guide clients through applications and enrollment
- Support clients through policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and coverage questions
