Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Building Engineering with a concentration in AV & BMS systems.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in design consultancy or general contractor roles.
- Experience working on low-rise residential and hospitality projects such as private homes, villas, hotels, and resorts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Professional level of English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and self-organized professional.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Design AV & BMS engineering systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and structural teams to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Participate in spatial coordination, researching efficient methodologies and equipment to meet design intent.
- Resolve technical issues during the design phase.
- Lead the development of detailed drawings, technical documentation, and system specifications using CAD tools.
- Oversee equipment selection aligned with project and sustainability goals.
- Provide input on value engineering to balance cost, quality, and performance.
- Supervise and approve deliverables from third-party designers and consultants.
