Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, or 1+ years in a healthcare or healthcare-related field.
- 1+ years of work experience in project management, operations, or related fields.
- 1+ years of experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or Google Suite equivalent).
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer support capacity.
- Ability to support contracting negotiations including research and provider outreach.
- Ability to meet defined metrics and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Understanding of compliance requirements with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of network construction and support plans for a market or state.
- Meet defined metrics and SLAs, including provider issue resolution and contract completion.
- Support contracting negotiations through data entry, research, provider outreach, and administrative tasks.
- Assist senior network specialists with identifying, sourcing, and contracting providers in a region.
- Document and share provider feedback to improve templates and processes.
- Assist with regular reporting on network adequacy and construction for management or compliance.
