Requirements
- Master’s degree in political science, international affairs, economics, business, or related field.
- 7-10+ years of related experience providing intelligence or risk analysis.
- Experience with the intelligence cycle.
- Demonstrated ability to transform data and technical details into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and the capacity to assimilate intelligence content from numerous sources.
- Ability to effectively assess and evaluate sensitive situations and quickly respond to critical issues.
- Flexibility to work nights and/or weekends to accommodate event support.
- Experience with private sector consulting, advisory, or high-tech companies.
- Proficiency in leveraging technological resources for research and analysis.
- Up to 15% travel required.
Responsibilities
- Review intelligence reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client tradecraft standards.
- Onboard new analysts to client systems, tools, and methodology while providing ongoing mentorship.
- Assess risks and threats to company assets using social media monitoring, crisis monitoring, and data-driven analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and lead new intelligence processes and products to meet evolving client needs.
- Conduct international research to produce comprehensive travel risk assessments covering crime, safety, and local customs.
- Consult and conduct risk assessments for complex situations, briefing stakeholders on findings related to political, security, and operational threats.
- Provide ad hoc security and risk advisory on digital footprint and security best practices.
- Contribute to and lead cross-team initiatives to build joint service offerings.
