Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Oregon license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate
- LPC Associates must reside in Oregon
- Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
- Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
- Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Must have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
- Applicants residing outside of Oregon must hold an active, unrestricted license in their state of residence
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Support members with mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Coordinate care and contribute to a multidisciplinary environment
- Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations
- Adhere to HIPAA and state licensure regulations
