- Exceptional talent for creating structure and organizing processes efficiently.
- Strong command of English, including grammar, tone, brevity, and microcopy.
- Ability to take complex ideas and write them so a beginner understands immediately.
- Experience or willingness to collaborate with AI tools for writing and research.
- High social intelligence and empathy to engage with diverse contributors and team members.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of ownership and ability to work independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail for content formatting and quality control.
- Strong work ethic with a bias towards action and results-oriented collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Finalize scripts, hooks, headings, on-screen text, and quiz wording across all publications.
- Edit written course experiences from the user's perspective to ensure engagement and flow.
- Collaborate with Education Designers to turn Master Class transcripts into finished, structured lessons.
- Provide constructive feedback on video components including on-screen text, b-roll, graphics, and animation.
- Maintain and improve internal knowledge documentation for clarity and ease of use.
- Analyze completion rates and learner feedback to implement incremental, high-quality content improvements.
- Support the Growth team and founders by refining editorial voice in social copy and campaigns.
