Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or validation engineering with a focus on SaaS.
- Proven experience leading validation efforts and defining test strategies.
- Experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks in Python and/or TypeScript (Playwright or similar).
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools, LLMs, or AI-driven testing methodologies into QA workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience with AWS or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or GitLab.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive validation plans and test strategies for Console and SaaS services.
- Collaborate with product management, development, and other stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks in Python (Pytest) and/or TypeScript (Playwright).
- Integrate AI-powered tools and LLMs into the validation lifecycle to automate test triaging and PR analysis.
- Manage and execute tests in AWS and GCP cloud environments using Docker containerization.
- Perform functional, regression, and security testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the improvement of testing methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
