Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven professional experience in Salesforce development, architecture, or technical leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud processes, data modeling, and standard/custom objects.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, including classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
- Expertise in SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and declarative tools.
- Experience designing integrations using REST, SOAP, and various Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration/middleware technologies like MuleSoft or AWS.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, governance, and access management.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and release management.
- Experience with automated testing, code reviews, and observability tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese.
- Technical English proficiency for documentation and interaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve scalable, resilient, secure Salesforce architectures.
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions, balancing configuration with custom development.
- Design and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.
- Define and maintain Salesforce data architecture, governance, and access controls.
- Structure and optimize deployment processes using Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor platform health, investigate incidents, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Mentor developers, administrators, and functional analysts.
