Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 8/11/17+).
- 5+ years of experience in the design and delivery of high-volume, highly available backend infrastructures (e.g., Telcos, Trading, AdTech).
- Expertise in real-time distributed systems and both monolithic and microservices architectures.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and distributed system concepts (Consensus, Partitioning, In-Sync Replicas).
- Proficiency in REST API design and implementation (Dropwizard, Spring Boot 2.5+).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra and MySQL.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services like BigQuery, BigTable, and Dataflow.
- Experience with DevOps and build tools including Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of security concepts and patterns.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and application profiling skills.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree.
Responsibilities
- Design and build server-side systems and services for H5G gaming platforms.
- Contribute to the architecture and delivery of scalable, highly available backend infrastructure.
- Implement and optimize REST APIs and distributed data systems.
- Apply Big Data and AI technologies, including stream analysis and machine learning, to enhance platform capabilities.
- Develop unit, integration, and system tests using TDD and BDD methodologies.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Build operationally mature systems using GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning, estimation, and delivery.
