Requirements
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python.
- Experience in modern web stacks and startup-pace delivery.
- Proven full-stack engineering ability with experience shipping production software end-to-end.
- Experience shipping at least 1-2 LLM-powered features or products from design to operation.
- Familiarity with agentic coding best practices such as task decomposition, prompt hygiene, and iterative loops.
- Practical experience with agent evaluation frameworks and tracing.
- Solid engineering fundamentals in testing, debugging, performance optimization, and reliability.
- Experience with agent tooling ecosystems like OpenTelemetry, LangSmith, Datadog, or Honeycomb (plus).
- Experience with RAG architectures including vector databases and retrieval evaluation (plus).
Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI products including chat-based interfaces, agent workflow experiences, and internal copilots end-to-end.
- Leverage agentic coding workflows using tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
- Architect agent internals including tool calling, multi-step orchestration, memory, state management, and retrieval pipelines.
- Build and maintain agent evaluation infrastructure including regression suites and scenario-based tests.
- Instrument agents with production-grade observability such as distributed tracing, prompt tracking, and latency monitoring.
- Manage the full production lifecycle including rollout plans, guardrails, incident response, and continuous improvement.
