Requirements
- Experience with end-to-end sales pipelines, including top-of-funnel, upselling, channel sales, customer success, and forecasting.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with developers and quantitative traders.
- Experience with quant trading and market microstructure.
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to automate processes in HubSpot.
- Professional communication skills suitable for an institutional financial product.
- Demonstrated experience in white-glove management of the sales cycle, including pain-point discovery and consultative selling.
- Readiness to work in a startup environment with limited resources.
- Active usage of GitHub.
- Knowledge of C++, Python, and/or Rust sufficient to answer client inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical sales process, from answering technical customer inquiries and providing data samples to solving data-related issues.
- Create common examples and use-cases with market data in Python, C++, and/or Rust.
- Gather customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies.
- Establish and maintain accurate, timely, and documented forecasting and record-keeping procedures in HubSpot.
- Build a network of executive relationships across the industry and with key partners and customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams to align sales efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
