Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Design, CS, or relevant experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on social content design experience in an agency, brand, or newsroom setting.
- Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D.
- Experience leveraging Google generative AI models (Nano Banana, Veo, Flow).
- In-depth understanding of major social and video platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong command of animation fundamentals including timing, pacing, easing, and anticipation.
- Working knowledge of the Google App Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and urgent deadlines effectively.
- Strong storytelling instincts and design fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end creation of motion graphics, kinetic typography, and animated videos for social media and corporate content.
- Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to translate concepts into executable motion content.
- Build and optimize 'Essential Graphics' templates in After Effects for team workflows.
- Organize design assets to enable collaboration and maintain high animation standards.
- Apply expertise in illustration, video editing, and deck design to support creative initiatives.
- Present designs and pitch concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
