Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in software, data, or AI engineering.
- 4–6+ years of experience specifically in AI, ML, or GenAI architecture.
- Deep understanding of Agentic coding practices and large-scale implementations.
- Proficiency with orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel or LangGraph.
- Experience with Azure AI Search, embedding pipelines, and RAG design.
- Expertise in API design using FastAPI, REST, and microservices.
- Experience with AI safety and governance tools like NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails or Microsoft Presidio.
- Familiarity with ModelOps/PromptOps using Azure AI Foundry.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and system observability.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for agentic AI-enabled platforms across data, AI, orchestration, and integration layers.
- Design and govern agentic orchestration frameworks for multi-step production workflows.
- Establish architecture patterns for RAG, vector search, MCP tool access, and prompt management.
- Define integration architecture across lakehouse, ODS, document systems, and third-party APIs.
- Define AI safety and guardrails including PII and hallucination control.
- Lead technical execution across AI, data, and platform teams while driving architectural decisions.
