Job Details

Languages: Native-level proficiency (C1/C2+) in the required language for specific projects; English proficiency sufficient for technical instructions.

Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Engineering, Music Technology, Linguistics, Phonetics, Speech-Language Pathology, Computational Linguistics, or Computer Science (Speech/AI focus).
Professional experience in audio production, sound design, dialogue editing, voice recording, podcast post-production, or AI speech data creation.
Experience with at least one professional audio tool (e.g., Adobe Audition, iZotope RX, Pro Tools, Reaper, Audacity, Logic Pro, Cubase).
Knowledge of audio editing, restoration, noise reduction, and spectrogram analysis.
Native-level proficiency (C1/C2+) in the language required for specific projects.
English proficiency sufficient to understand technical instructions and project guidelines.
Ability to complete subject-specific qualification assessments and practical evaluations.

Evaluate AI-generated speech (TTS) for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and tone.
Review and improve speech recognition (ASR) outputs by identifying transcription errors and linguistic nuances.
Perform professional audio editing including segmentation, trimming, noise reduction, and quality enhancement.
Analyze audio recordings using waveform and spectrogram-based tools.
Support the creation and validation of high-quality speech datasets for AI training.
Review voice recordings for clarity, consistency, and articulation.
Conduct audio quality checks including loudness levels, background noise, clipping, and distortion.
Support voice AI projects including voice similarity, mimicry, and conversational AI evaluation.
