Requirements
- Portfolio of shipped product design for complex, data-heavy tools.
- Strong systems thinking capability with a focus on components and patterns.
- High ownership and ability to work with speed and ambiguity.
- Clear async communication and strong written and verbal English skills.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, construction, or industrial software is preferred.
- Front-end development skills (React/Tailwind) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and solve product problems by digging into the product and speaking directly with users.
- Collaborate with engineers using Linear for specs, explorations, and decision tracking.
- Engage in daily standups and continuous, iterative sharing of work-in-progress.
- Conduct weekly customer calls and onboarding sessions to observe user behavior.
- Defend design decisions based on direct user observation and feedback.
- Participate in direct, honest feedback loops with the team and founder.
- Utilize AI tools daily for research, writing, analysis, and building.
