Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Demonstrated experience building 0-to-1, such as launching a new partnership category or entering a new market.
- Ability to combine expertise in two of the following: consulting/structured problem-solving, BD/sales execution, or early-stage startup operations.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior external stakeholders.
- Expertise in navigating large partner organizations independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex deals to executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the partnerships pipeline for new product lines from initial outreach through signed agreement and onboarding.
- Lead insurance carrier and partner conversations independently, qualifying fit, understanding needs, and structuring value propositions.
- Design creative deal structures for non-standard partners.
- Own partner success post-close, collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner engagement and long-term relationship health.
- Contribute to vertical strategy by leveraging insights from partner feedback.
