Requirements
- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Physics, Mathematics or a similar subject
- First experience in strategy consulting, ideally with a strong analytical foundation
- Experience in banking with an understanding of industry dynamics
- Strong tech affinity with digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms
- Familiarity with transformation programs, process/operating model design, and system implementation
- Risk management experience
- Experience with finance software, especially SAP and SAP Fioneer
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Support colleagues in leading strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banks
- Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architecture
- Support client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions
- Create presentations and support the team in preparing for customer calls
- Contribute to internal capability building and team development
- Help define and evolve finance and risk transformation offerings for banking clients
